Patient Portal Patient Login   Brian Winter, M.D. Dr. Winter graduated from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas and also completed his internship and residency at Baylor College of Medicine.  Member: Alpha Omega Alpha – Medical Honor Society (Top 10% of class) Dr. Winter was born and raised in Seattle, WA. He is married and has 3 children.
